Payment Policy

1. All our prices are nett and we only accept SGD$. Payment can be made either via Internet Banking or ATM Transfer.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation of orders can only be made before payment is made. As we place our orders according to our buyer’s orders. Therefore, any cancellation request after we received the payment will not be entertained.

Delivery Policy

1. All items will be sent out through normal postage by default and the fees will be borne by akibazaar. There will be an additional charge of SGD$2.25 per package for registered articles.

2. We will not be responsible for any loss of mail.

2. All goods sold are strictly non-exchangeable / non-refundable.

Others

1. Buyers should accept slight colour difference due to different monitor’s resolution.

2. Buyers should allow within 1 inch discrepancies for measurements stated.
